biography:
Vision Arcade is an Austin, Texas-based indie rock band that was formed in 2018. Their unique sound blends elements of rock, pop, and alternative music, drawing inspiration from artists such as The Black Keys, Arctic Monkeys, and Twenty-One Pilots. The band's debut single "Afterglow" was released in February 2019, and since then, they have released nine more singles that have accumulated over 1.5+ million streams across all platforms. They have had the opportunity to support major touring acts such as COIN and Sarah and the Sundays, and their live sets are an immersive experience that leaves audiences wanting more.
In 2020 and 2021, the band took time to focus on their studio work, spending time at Blue Octobers Orb Recording Studios in Austin, Texas. They worked on their first full-length project, produced by Matt Meli, known for his work with SZA, Khalid, Gary Clark Jr., and Mike Flanigan. The upcoming album is a collection of the band's experiences, thoughts, and emotions growing up in the age of information. They plan to release new music in a planned monthly single waterfall schedule throughout 2023 and are looking forward to sharing their new sound with their fans worldwide.
